Yes. A lot of our Montclair, Madison, and Morristown work involves pre-war colonials and Tudors with complex roof geometry. We do full tear-offs, replace all decking where needed, and the estimate covers everything we uncover, not just what is visible from the ground.
How do you handle storm damage insurance claims?
We photograph every damaged tab, cap, and vent, write a detailed scope, and work directly with your adjuster. If the initial estimate is low, we submit supplements with photos and measurements. Storm claims in North Jersey often get underpaid on the first pass and we know what to push back on.
