We’ve pulled three layers off a house on Choate Street before getting down to sound decking. Three. That’s a lot of dead weight on framing that’s 80 years old.

We see roofs on Cleveland Avenue and Prospect Avenue where damage has been managed with caulk and hope for years longer than it should.
