Roofing Crew Lead
Full-time · Delaware / Tri-state
3+ years residential roofing experience. You run the crew, manage the job site, and make sure every roof goes on right. Valid driver’s license required. Pay based on experience.
Roofing Installer
Full-time · Delaware / Tri-state
Experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person. You need to be comfortable at heights, reliable, and willing to learn. This is physical work and we won’t sugarcoat that.
Siding & Gutters Installer
Full-time · Delaware / Tri-state
Experience with vinyl siding, fiber cement, and seamless aluminum gutter installation. You know your way around a brake and a J-channel.
General Laborer
Full-time · Delaware / Tri-state
No experience needed. Show up on time, work hard, learn fast. Tear-off, cleanup, material handling. This is how a lot of our best guys started.
