Yes. No strings attached. We’ll walk your roof, check for issues, and give you an honest assessment. If you don’t need work done, we’ll tell you that. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
How much does a new roof cost?
Our residential roof replacements start at $8,999. With the $1,000 spring rebate and 0% financing, a typical Delaware home (12K-18K) works out to as low as $611/month for 18 months with zero interest. We give you a detailed written quote after inspection.
When does the $1,000 rebate expire?
The spring rebate runs through May 31, 2026. It’s first-come, first-served based on signed contracts, not just inspections. The sooner you book, the better your chances of locking it in.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex projects may take two days. We’ll give you a specific timeline before we start.
What if I’m not ready yet?
