We’re based in Wilmington and we’ve been here since 2004. Most of our work is within 50 miles of our office. That means we know the building codes, the permit offices, the weather patterns, and the neighborhoods.
We don’t subcontract. We don’t send different crews to different states. The same team that does a roof in Hockessin does the one in West Chester. That’s how we keep quality consistent across 1,400+ jobs.

Do you serve my area?
If you’re within about 50 miles of Wilmington, DE, the answer is almost certainly yes. That covers all of Northern Delaware, the Philadelphia western suburbs, Southern New Jersey, and Northeast Maryland. If you’re not sure, just send us your address and we’ll confirm.
Are you licensed in my state?
We hold active contractor licenses in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. We handle all permits and inspections for your specific jurisdiction.
Is the warranty the same everywhere you work?
Yes. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we can offer the Golden Pledge warranty (50 years materials, 25 years workmanship) regardless of which state you’re in. The warranty is backed by GAF directly, not by us.
Do you charge more for jobs further away?
No. Our pricing is based on the job, not the distance. A roof in Cherry Hill costs the same as the same roof in Wilmington.
